We work in professional subtitling of any audiovisual content for cinema, TV, theatre, film festivals, streaming platforms, and social media.
How we work
At content reception, we perform a series of technical checks. First, we review the state and suitability of the copy and the dialogue lists provided by the customer. Then, we proceed to the timecoding process or to check the timecoded content received, and we provide a copy of the materials to a translator for translation and fine adjustment of the timecodes. Next, we perform a quality check which involves the skills of highly qualified translators and editors to ensure synchronisation, appearance, translation, consistency, and idiomatic accuracy achieving maximum quality results.
Subtitles for live events
In live events like festivals, theatre, or independent film projections, we place the subtitles outside the main screen, projecting them in up to two different, perfectly synchronised languages simultaneously, on a screen below the main screen or on high-definition LED displays.
For optimum results, we coordinate with projection technicians to agree on the most convenient date for the installation of the equipment and to make sure we have all the requirements to perform it.
We review the projection schedule to ensure that the place, date, and time scheduled for the screenings are correct and that there are no overlapping sessions.
A technician on-site takes care of overseeing the synchronisation of the subtitles during the projection.
